Android और iPhone दोनों में text size और display zoom बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
Both Android and iPhone let you enlarge text and display elements for easier reading.

अगर पढ़ने के लिए फ़ोन दूर ले जाना पड़ता है, तो अक्षर बड़े किए जा सकते हैं। यह दो मिनट का काम है और किसी की मदद के बिना भी हो सकता है।If you hold the phone at arm's length to read it, the text can simply be made bigger. It takes two minutes and you can do it yourself.
मेनू के नाम कंपनी के हिसाब से थोड़े अलग हो सकते हैं, पर रास्ता लगभग यही रहता है।
Android फ़ोन में
Settings → Display → Font size पर जाइए। कुछ फ़ोन में यह Display size and text के नीचे मिलता है। स्लाइडर दाईं ओर खिसकाइए — नीचे नमूना बदलता हुआ दिखता रहेगा।
उसी जगह Display size बढ़ाने पर बटन और चिह्न भी बड़े हो जाते हैं।
iPhone में
Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size पर जाइए। इससे भी बड़ा चाहिए तो Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text चालू कीजिए।
वहीं Bold Text चालू करने पर अक्षर गाढ़े दिखते हैं, जो कम रोशनी में पढ़ने में मदद करता है।
WhatsApp के लिए अलग सेटिंग
Android पर WhatsApp → Settings → Chats → Font size में छोटा, मध्यम और बड़ा — तीन विकल्प मिलते हैं। iPhone पर WhatsApp फ़ोन की अपनी सेटिंग के साथ ही बदल जाता है।
एक बात ध्यान रखिए
अक्षर बड़े करने पर एक स्क्रीन में कम बातें दिखेंगी और ज़्यादा नीचे खिसकाना पड़ेगा। यह सामान्य है। दो-तीन दिन इस्तेमाल करके देखिए, फिर जो ठीक लगे वही रहने दीजिए।

Menu names differ a little between makes, but the route is much the same.
On an Android phone
Go to Settings → Display → Font size. On some phones it sits under Display size and text. Move the slider to the right — a sample below changes as you go.
Increasing Display size in the same place makes buttons and icons bigger too.
On an iPhone
Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size. If you need it larger still, turn on Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.
Turning on Bold Text in the same place makes letters heavier, which helps in poor light.
WhatsApp has its own setting
On Android, WhatsApp → Settings → Chats → Font size offers small, medium and large. On iPhone, WhatsApp follows whatever you set for the phone itself.
One thing to expect
With larger text, less fits on a screen and you will scroll more. That is normal. Live with it for two or three days, then keep whatever suits you.
